Abstract Submission

The Organizing Committee invites you to submit an abstract of your work to be considered for presentation in the AIMECS07. You can submit your abstract from Symposium Internet Web page at: http://www.aimecs07.org by using the on-line abstract submission.

Letters of acceptance will be sent after 15 April 2007 to the participants only who is fully paid his/her registration fee .

The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the Abstracts Book which will be distributed to all symposium attendants.

Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts .

Remember that it is necessary to pre-register for the AIMECS 07 when submitting your abstract. The notification of acceptance of abstracts will be announced to the participants only who has fully paid his/her registration fee.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION:

1.

Abstract submission is only possible on line, according to the given instructions by using the "ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION" button

2.

The abstract must be written in English and contain a precise description of :

 

 - Purpose of the study

 

 - Methods

 

 - Results obtained

 

 - Conclusion and References (if any).

3.

Please use the character "ARIAL" and the size "10" in Title Case for the title of your abstract using in single line spacing.

4.

After the title line of your abstract, include the full name(s) of author(s) in a line space and the address(es) involving the following line space using the character "ARIAL" and the size "10" in Title Case and underline the corresponding author name.

Please use the character "ARIAL" and the size "10" for the text of your abstract using in single line spacing.

5.

The abstract should not exceed 2,300 characters (signs and spaces).

6.

The entire abstract must fit into a single A4 page. All margins (top, bottom, left and right) must be set to 2.5 cm.

7.

Authors are requested to state their preference for oral or poster communication. However the final decision concerning presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee depending on the time and space available. Further inquiries about abstract submission should be addressed to the Scientific Secretariat

8.

Following your abstract submission, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your abstract.

9.

The notification of acceptance of abstracts will be mailed after 15 April 2007 to the participants only who has fully paid his/her registration fee

The document should be saved in MS-Word or RTF format and submitted electronically through the symposium website http://www.aimecs07.org and as hard copy by surface mail to:

Scientific program of the symposium consists of Plenary Lectures, Invited Lectures, and Oral and Poster presentations from contributed abstracts as given below;

PLENARY LECTURES:

Forty-five minutes will be allowed for presentations and five minutes for the discussion of communication. Presentations must be prepared on Power Point on PC (CD-ROM or diskette) and must be written in English.

INVITED LECTURES:

Thirty minutes will be allowed for the presentations and five minutes for the discussion of communication. Presentations must be prepared on Power Point on PC (CD-ROM or diskette) and must be written in English.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Fifteen minutes will be allowed for the presentation and five minutes for
discussion of communication. Presentations must be prepared on Power Point on PC (CD-ROM or diskette) and must be written in English.

POSTERS PRESENTATIONS:
Posters must be written in English
Printed Posters should not be larger than 70 cm (wide) x 100 cm (high)

                         
IMPORTANT
You must be pre-registered to submit an abstract. 

You must pay your registration fee to get the notification of your abstract acceptance.
