How to Reserve a Hotel Room

a) On line: Fill in the online hotel accommodation form by using the online hotel accommodation button given below.

b) By post or fax: Please complete the enclosed hotel accommodation form document given below as Word or pdf format legibly so that it can be read after fax transmission.

By either method of hotel reservation, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation after your payment, which will be required to be presented at the Yanki Hotel Accommodation desk in each hotel.

Payment

Payment for hotel accommodation can be made by one of the following ways. Please indicate the method of payment on the hotel accommodation form, either on line or by post/fax.

a) By Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Eurocard)

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in written notification and addressed to the symposium secretariat by fax or e-mail, cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

The deposit will be refunded for the cancellations before 30 May 2007. After this date no deposit refunds will be made.
