The "AFMC International Medicinal Chemistry Symposia" are major scientific events of the Asian Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (AFMC) that have been previously organized in different cities of Asia since 1995 and have worldwide attendance from both industry and academia.

The AIMECS 07 will continue the same tendency by offering a scientific program covering the most recent and advanced researches on abroad range of topics by leading international experts. Istanbul , which is The AIMECS 07 Meeting takes place, is a city where the heart of the Turkish Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry is located.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORSHIP

• On receipt of the form, the symposium secretariat will issue a proforma invoice covering %25 of the cost as a deposit. Date of receipt of payment by the secretariat will be used as the basis of allocation of exhibitor/sponsorship opportunities.

• The deposit payment can be made by credit card (visa, master card) or bank draft. After the receipt of the deposit a reservation on behalf of your company will be made. Your reservation expires if you don't make the full payment until 20 May, 2007.

• With the completion of these procedures, an official reservation letter will be issued to your address within 15 days. Until the receipt of the full payment you will not receive a confirmation.

• For exhibitors, who request stand area, full payment should be made until 20 May, 2007 to the organization secretariat.

• After you have completed the full payment, you will receive a confirmation letter from the organization secretariat.

• In the event of cancellation of a stand request until 20 May 2007, 75 % of the full cost will be refunded to the firms who made the full payment or for the firms that have only payed the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. After 20 May 2007 no payment will be refunded.

• When all the registration procedures with all the detailed product information completed, an official invitation letter from the symposium organization will be issued to your address for the ease of the procedures in customs.

• In the event that the item that you have requested is no longer available and you do not wish to take advantage of an alternative sponsorship opportunity, your deposit will be returned in full.

• In the event of cancellation by a sponsor of support for a particular item and should the secretariat be unable to find an alternative sponsor, deposit will be non-returnable. A deduction of %25 from any deposits or payments returned to sponsors will be made for any work carried out prior to cancellation.
